Applications are invited from existing staff for the TEMPORARY Full Time role of Administration Coordinator.
This role will provide Coordination of the Administration function at Hesse Rural Health, including overseeing customer service and back-office processes, and providing support to Residential Aged Care consumers, which includes contract administration, conducting meetings with potential residents, building relationships with resident families and guardians, and completing administration and reporting of aged care statistics.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Diploma level administration qualifications
- Experience supervising administration staff
- Ability to use initiative when required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Residential Aged Care contracts will be highly regarded
