Hesse Rural Health has welcomed the appointment of a new Director to its Board. Clare Winter-Irving commenced a three year appointment on the 1st July, bringing experience in health service public affairs, digital communications and media relations. Clare has worked in public health for the last five years and holds a Bachelor of Strategic Communications.

Ian Whiting, Chair of Hesse Rural Health’s Board of Directors, welcomes Clare to the Board of Directors and is pleased that Hesse continues to ensure fair representation of both women and men on our ten member Board.

“Clare brings great expertise in media and communications to complement the existing Hesse Board Directors skillset and is a welcome addition to the Board,“ Hesse Rural Health Board Chair, Ian Whiting said.

Board Director Naida Hutton was recently farewelled after completing a seven year appointment with the Hesse Board.

“Naida’s contribution to the Board over that time has been significant, bringing a great depth of clinical experience to the Board room, and was an excellent chair of our Care & Clinical Governance Committee,” Ian Whiting said.

Hesse Rural Health is thankful for Naida’s years of dedicated service and clinical expertise, and wishes her well in her many other pursuits and community activities
