October is the Victorian Seniors Festival month! 🎉This year’s theme is Connect, Create, Celebrate and our Social Support Groups are doing just that.Hesse Rural Health’s Social Support Groups offer a welcoming space to enjoy a variety of activities, outings and shared experiences.There are plenty of opportunities to meet new people, enjoy a chat and make new friends.
