Fitness Groups

Fitness groups provide opportunities to exercise and to socialise in a friendly and supportive way. Exercise is important for healthy ageing. Exercise strengthens muscles, retains bone density, improves balance and coordination, and maintains joint flexibility. Various types of groups are offered to suit the needs of the participants and include:

Falls Prevention 

Walking  Groups

The groups promote social connection, mental health and wellbeing, skill building and knowledge sharing.
