At Hesse, we provide quality and responsive dietetic services through provision of practical, evidence based dietary advice that is specifically tailored to individual community members and groups.

Dietitian’s asses the nutritional needs of clients, plan appropriate nutritional intervention and provides education for their clients and their families.

Dietitians are able to provide advice on some of the conditions.

  • Cancer
  • Healthy eating and weight control
  • Heart disease
  • Specific diets such as Coeliac or low FODMAPS and eating disorders.


Clients of all ages are eligible for dietetic services. People living with the Hesse Rural Health catchment area are prioritised.
